Benjamin Jack Moston was born in Stoke on Trent on July 24, 1994. Son of Jayne & Ian and mch loved step son to Dave. He was big brother to Bethany & Joshua.

 He attended Copper Perry primary school, Seighford and was due to start high school the year that he passed away. He loved reading and had a love of history. He had the most infectious laugh and a wicked sense of humour. 

Benjamin had suffered from asthma since the age of one.On the 13th February 2005 Ben had a particularly bad attack, Staffordshire ambulance were called, one and a half hours and four phone calls later they still had not arrived and Ben had taken his last breath at home in front of his little brother & sister. Staffordshire ambulance admitted negligence stating a catalogue of errors. Our precious little man should never have left this world so soon.
